## How Gexton Security works

1. **Free site survey.** An engineer visits the premises, assesses coverage requirements, cable routes and power availability.
2. **Written itemised quotation.** Equipment models, quantities, labour, warranty terms and timeline, stated in writing before work begins.
3. **Installation by in-house engineers.** Installation is not subcontracted, so accountability stays with one company.
4. **Commissioning and training.** Systems are tested, mobile apps configured on the client's devices, and staff trained before handover.
5. **Warranty and maintenance.** Manufacturer warranty on equipment plus separate workmanship warranty; optional annual maintenance contracts with preventive visits and priority fault response.
